Ben is one of those guys you feel like you’ve known for a long time after spending a little time together. Growing up just outside Philadelphia in rural Neshoba County, Ben developed a deep appreciation for the outdoors, land and hard work from a young age, with many of his favorite activities revolving around the outdoors in one way or another. Not long after graduating from The University of Southern Mississippi, Ben went to work in the sports industry and spent over a dozen years marketing and pioneering what are now a couple of the best known brands in the golf industry. However, like so many Mississippians, Ben’s heart was never far from the rural surroundings of his youth. As a result, Ben joined forces with Howell Mossy Oak Properties and brought his unique skills and experience home to Leake County where he now resides with his wife and three children. Whether you’re buying or selling, Ben’s local knowledge of rural Mississippi land, coupled with years of sales and marketing know-how, and now the power of the Mossy Oak brand, combine to create one incredibly powerful tool that’s only a call, click or text away. Contact Ben today to discuss your dreams and goals with a guy who shares your passion for the land.

Gray and his wife, Jeannie, live in Starkville, MS with their three children. Gray was born and raised in Mississippi and spent a lot of his childhood outdoors with family and friends. For his family, land and wildlife are a part of everyday life. Some of Gray’s fondest memories are of riding through the woods with his father and grandfather learning about land and timber management, stewardship, and conservation. Gray has worked in forestry and forestry related fields in an effort to further his expertise of land values and management. Gray enjoys talking to others about their land and what they have done to improve it. Besides firsthand knowledge and experience, Gray holds a Master’s degree from Mississippi State University in biology where his work focused on ecosystem interactions. Gray puts his knowledge to practice on his own land and enjoys teaching it to his children. “Spending time on our land with my wife and kids means the world to me. I know not everyone has an outdoor heritage like mine; but if they want it, I want to help them get it!” For this reason, Gray teamed up with Howell Mossy Oak Properties. If you’re actively looking for a place to buy or just have questions about land feel free call, text, or email Gray.
Ryan was born in the New Orleans, LA area and learned at a young age that he and the outdoors were a match made in heaven. Ryan couldn't wait to get out of the big city and jump in the car with Mom and go fishing with his Grandfather on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Then he would cram into the pick up truck and ride up with Dad to Uncle Henry's in Farmhaven, MS to hunt.squirrel. After a few days it was onto Northern MS to hunt duck and quail at Grandmas. Ryan now resides at Uncle Henry's and enjoys passing on these traditions to his daughter Lyndsey and other friends and family who come there throughout the year to enjoy what the land has to offer. Ryan wants to pass on the enjoyment that land and the outdoors has given to him and its his mission to you. And if it's an investment your looking for, Ryan can help there too. He has a finance degree from The University of Southern Mississippi and is on schedule to finish a Masters in Forestry at Mississippi State University this fall. Before welcoming Ryan to the Mossy Oak family, he's assisted the public and helped fund millions to public entities throughout the state during the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. His knowledge in the insurance industry will also be of use to landowners. Ryan has harvested several deer throughout the state and has visited several of the WMA's. He spends several hours throughout the year preparing food plots for himself and others. If your in the deep woods or waters, on a pond or stream, you just might see him there. If your looking for service and he's in an area that has it, give him a call, text, or email to buy or sell.
